What I’ve Been Watching

Big Brother and I Survived a Japanese Game Show. Oh, and I happened to catch some Miss Universe.

LET’S BEGIN.

Big Brother. I watched the Wednesday episode where Brian got evicted (I think that was the episode), well anyways EVERYONE TURNED ON HIM. Only his bestie, Dan voted for him which is kinda sad but yet expected. That Renny girl gets to stay though, and she creeps me out. Big time.

I Survived a Japanese Game Show. That one team with Meaghan lost (again). Bitch needs to go home, because Mary took the fall for the team ’cause of that gay pact. Mary obviously did the best, and Donnell kept falling. He didn’t have no milk at the end of the thing.

Yeeeah.

Miss Universe. Miss USA fell again. Isn’t that great!? That Miss Venezuela won, and good for her and stuff, but the best part was the location- Vietnam. Didn’t you love the dancers during the evening gown wear!? Oh, and I also didn’t get why they keep trying to speak a phrase they probably learned 30 minutes ago

They said something like ‘Respectfully, Vietnam’? idk. My dad told me that’s what they said and they didn’t say it very well either ): Nadia’s all like “Miss Universe is rigged can you believe Miss USA gets through everytime!?”. I said that it was rigged because they used the same translator for 4 out of the 5 girls, so he obviously paid Donald Trump to narrow the girls to mostly Latin America so he could get his 15 minutes of fame!

He was ugly, JSYK.

Asian Movies

I don’t generally like to watch Asian movies, but that’s only because I can’t understand what the hell they’re saying.

However, this one has subtitles so it’s okay.

Basically, this movie is about like medicine, and the imperial family and such. I don’t really get it since I’m watching it in secret (I’m spying on the family elders), but apparentally the mean emperor dude controls all the medicine in China and it’s rationed strictly by dosage.

The emperor and empress don’t really seem to get along, and he forces her to take all these crazy medicines because he thinks she has a disease, which (you can tell from the movie) she totally doesn’t. There’s this awesome scene where she’s all like “Leave me.” and you know what that means- she’s pissed (“Back off bitches.”)

And there’s this other girl (I think it might be the same one), but she was being delivered medicine from Persia, and she was all grossed out by it, because it seems like she was being forced to take it- which does lead me to believe it’s the empress character. She asks the person delivering the medicine why she has a mark on her face- which is a sign of them being imprisoned, apparentally -and she didn’t want to answer and took off.

The (supposed) empress character picks up her cross-stitching.. it’s a really intricate design, but then all her feelings well up, and then she just.. breaks the thread.
